Pacific Place is anchored by Barnes & Noble and AMC Pacific Place 11, and features 45 specialty stores and restaurants, including Tiffany & Co., Cartier, MaxMara, Coach, Bose, Restoration Hardware and Williams-Sonoma. Annual sales by the specialty stores average more than $500 per square foot. Pacific Place includes the largest retail parking facility in downtown Seattle, with general and valet parking for 1,200 vehicles. It is owned by the City of Seattle and is the primary location for shopper parking in downtown Seattle. Pine Street Group manages Pacific Place and also manages the condominium association encompassing the City-owned garage and privately owned retail component of the property.  |
